Different Architecture

The Firm promotes contemporary architecture. Ekaterina and Vladimir believe that each new generation forms its own trends and, in that, contributes to the global culture. Thanks to the use of modern building technologies, they don’t have to limit themselves in their creativity, so they try to build projects, that will still be relevant in 25 years. Principles of rationality, functionality and simplicity of form are core beliefs of the Firm.

The Firm participated in numerous professional competitions, national and international. Multiple prized were awarded to the Firm for their projects by the international «Zodchestro» festival, the Union of Architects, the Interregional Festival of Architecture and Design, the All-Russian professional competition of the National Association of Designers. One of the projects, Schloss-Hotel Yantarny, is used by the Short Film Festival «Koroche» as one of the main venues of the annual event — that’s one more unspoken award for the Firm. The «Kant island» landscaping in Kaliningrad won the National Geographic Traveler award in «Treasures of Russia» nomination in the «Best Public Space» category.
