Vladimir Negodiai Yancharuk
Sculptor of the modern school. Vladimir specializes in concrete. He works in the style of «mental anguish», mostly with hand tools.

He became famous for his Underground Mask art project, where he has placed his signature masks on the city buildings, which are modern street-art markers on the map of the city. At the moment, there are more than 100 objects placed in Kaliningrad. Based on this project, an interactive art map with all city masks of the artist was created and is constantly replenished.
Vladimir’s works fit perfectly into modern urbanism and are combined with historic buildings. He collaborates with the Fund of Capital Construction, creates large-scale bas-reliefs for public buildings of the city, as well as sculptures for private interiors of atmospheric locations of the region.
In collaboration with the Kaliningrad artist Yana Bannikova, he is implementing the project «Murakami Cats».
In 2021, Vladimir took 2nd place in the festival of young art Sketch, participated in the exhibition in the pop-up showroom Inclus. Organized a charity marathon Palms in support of kids with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Participates in large exhibition projects and landmark events in the region.
