Natalia Okoneshnikova

Knows how to maintain a good year and give happiness. Having received a camera as a gift from her husband, Natalia could not have thought that one day her picutres would be published by National Geographic Russia. She publishes her own cooking magazine. She also published several cookbooks with her own illustrations. Two interesting hobbies intertwined in one labour of love. It’s exactly the case of a hobby turning into a career. Natalia does food photography for brands, restaurants, interior photo posters. She is the author of 6 cookbooks. She won the All-Russian Cup of food photographers as well as the «Foodstilestar» contest in 2017. Then there were other victories at all-Russian and international competitions. Moscow publishers began to order cookbooks with her photographs from her.

Natalia is also doing nature photography. The pictures of polar bears, Kolymana and Almaz, which Natalia took during a visit to the Orto Doidu Zoo, were posted on the official Instagram page of National Geographic Russia. Photos of Natalia made it to the final stage of the international annual photography contest «35AWARDS». For Natalia, food photography is closely related to the surrounding nature. Through photographs and national recipes, Natalya carefully preserves and conveys love for her homeland.
