Mikhail Nikonenko

The author’s architectural studio Arka was founded in 1991 by three architects: Anatoly Selyutin, Sergey Zverko, and Vyacheslav Uvarov. Studio Arka is one of the oldest architectural offices in Russia. Throughout its thirty-year history, the studio has not only conducted successful design work but also served as a school from which many famous architects of Kaliningrad emerged. The authors’ studio specializes in the design of public and residential buildings and structures, urban concepts.

The key projects of the studio in 2020−2021 are the interior of the Saint Family church, the reconstruction of a historic building, and a hotel. The studio specializes in the design of public and residential buildings.
