Serafima’s creative path began in St. Petersburg. She now lives in Svetlogorsk and creates atmospheric surrealism, literally, on the shore of the Baltic Sea. She has had several personal art exhibitions in St. Petersburg, Moscow, and the Kaliningrad Oblast, as well as the long list of art projects («Slow City» art platform, «Snail City» creative space, «The Clouder» workshop,

«Mosaic Path» virtual museum of contemporary art, etc.). Took part in major international exhibitions in Great Britain, Lithuania, United States. The collection of paintings is displayed in Algeria, Germany, Finland. The «Wheel of History» Museum and the «IVANICH» gallery also have some of her works.

The annual art festival «Sea Inside» is by far the largest-scale project of Serafima Moskaeva. It is a performative platform for the local artists’ works presentation, an outdoor gallery where all kinds of arts are welcome. It’s an attempt to create new cultural codes and traditions of Svetlogorsk. Overall, a truly bright event in the arts. Serafima believes that unique routes and a certain theatricality, including the creation of art objects on the coast, contribute to the development of art tourism in the region.

As an illustrator, Moskaeva cooperates with the Strekoza, Phoenix, Malamalama publishing houses and draws sticker packs for Mail.ru Group internet company. Designed toys for the Myakishi toys factory in St. Petersburg, as well as packaging for the Detsky Mir children’s retailer. Developing corporate identity and corporate gift products. Teaches at the Institute of Technology and Design (KKITD) and the Umnyashki studio of children’s creativity.
