In 2019, the bureau finished two projects: a park in a town of Nyurba and an embankment in a town of Pokrovsk. The projects won the All-Russian competition of the best implemented projects. The competition focused on developing a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements. In 2020, a park, developed by the bureau in a town of Verkhoyansk also won. The park project in Verkhoyansk and the Kolyma Compound project in Srednekolymsk were recognized as the best public spaces in the Arctic in 2021 following the results of the Federal Contest of Best Practices for Urban Environment Development and Digitalization, as Well as Public and Courtyard Space Development in Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. In 2022, 8 projects of the bureau were selected as part of the project «1000 Homesteads in the Far East». Currently, the Bureau is working on a new project: «Labor Quarter» creative cluster. This is a project for the reconstruction of an abandoned meat-processing plant. It is planned that it will become a development center of creative industries.
